Launcher Troubleshooting

Fix common update, permission, antivirus and connection problems.

Launcher does not update

  1. Close all game processes.
  2. Run the launcher from a normal local folder, not a temporary archive.
  3. Verify that the installation folder is writable.
  4. Restart the launcher and allow it to finish patching.

Security software

Download only from mured.az. If security software blocks a verified game file, add the muRED folder as an exception instead of disabling protection globally.

Connection issues

Confirm the server status, restart the router and test without a VPN. Send support the exact error text, time and a screenshot.
