Reset and Grand Reset System

What a reset does

A reset returns your character level to the starting range while preserving the progress defined by the server. The website account panel shows the current requirements and available reset action.

Before resetting

• Move valuable temporary items to your warehouse.
• Check the required level and Zen.
• Leave the character offline before using the website action.

Stat planning

Invest enough strength and agility for equipment, then place remaining points according to your class build. Use the website stat tools when available instead of repeating commands manually.

Grand reset

Grand Reset converts long-term reset progress into a higher progression tier. Read the confirmation values carefully before submitting.
